New Comprehensive Parking Management and Online Payment System

Effective August 2, 2021, PARK Durham will implement the AIMS Parking Management System and launch a more secure, convenient, and user-friendly online payment system for customers to pay their monthly parking invoices and manage their parking accounts.

New features include an improved user experience, an online Customer Portal that allows for quick payment without having to create an account; and registered account enhancements, including view and pay multiple accounts at once, view payment history, etc. Customers will be able to securely save their payment information; have the option of signing up for paperless billing with email reminders; update their vehicle records; and have the opportunity to schedule automatic payments from their credit card or checking account.

Customers will receive detailed instructions on how to create their online accounts and make payments with their August 2021 monthly billing statements. Instructions will also be on the PARK Durham website at www.parkdurham.org.

The AIMS online system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic checks.

Customers may also make payments by check or money order by mailing payments to PARKDurham, P.O. Box 1370, Durham, N.C. 27701. Please make checks payable to City of Durham.
